Shipping Policy for LYXA

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • France: 4–7 business days
  • Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain: 5–8 business days

3. Delivery Methods

We use reliable logistics partners, including local national postal services. We also offer parcel tracking, loss insurance, and signature-on-delivery options in selected countries.

  • Standard Shipping: €4.90
  • Free Shipping: Orders €65.00 and up

4. Missed Delivery

If no one is available during delivery, the courier will leave a notice. Your package will be held at the nearest post office or collection point for 10–15 days, depending on the carrier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order via our tracking portal.

Please have your order number and email address ready when checking your shipment status.

6. Order Cancellation or Modification

You may cancel or modify your order as follows:

  • Before shipment: Contact us as soon as possible to make changes or cancel the order.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled, but you can return the item after receiving it according to our Return Policy.

7. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please email us at support@thelyxa.com with a photo or video of the item received.

  • Wrong item: We will send the correct item free of charge. You may keep the initially received item as a gesture.
  • Defective item: If confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
